Delete your ShakeFit account

ShakeFit is published by Foo AI Corp. This page explains how to delete your ShakeFit account and the data held with it.

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. You do not need to contact us first. ShakeFit works without signing in, and an account is created for you either way so your records have somewhere to live.

Delete from inside the app

Open ShakeFit.
Go to Profile.
Tap Data. The screen shows how many records exist.
Tap the delete action and confirm, then hold the delete button.

That single action deletes the account record on our server and every record on the device. It cannot be undone.

If the app cannot reach our server, for example because you are offline, it says so plainly and offers to delete on the device only. In that case the server copy is still there. Write to contact@shakefit.app and we will remove it within 30 days of confirming the request.

Delete by email

If you have removed the app already, or you cannot open it, write to contact@shakefit.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We answer within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming the request.

If you never signed in, your records are held under an identifier generated on your device rather than an email address. We may need that identifier to find them, and we will explain how to read it. If we cannot identify your records, we will say so rather than guess.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes all of the following.

Nothing is kept to recognise you if you sign in again later. Deletion is one operation on the server: if any part of it fails, none of it is applied, the app tells you it failed, and it does not delete your device records either.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records held by Apple, by Google, and by RevenueCat	Those companies hold purchase history under their own policies. We keep what we need for tax and accounting obligations. Deleting your ShakeFit account does not reach these records, and it does not cancel a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. The store you bought from holds it. Cancel it in the App Store or in Google Play before or after deleting, whichever you prefer.
