Support for ShakeFit is provided by the company that makes it, not by Apple.

Contact

Writing from the same address you use for the App Store makes it easier to match a purchase to a request, but it is not required.

What to include

A short report is usually enough. These four things save a round trip:

App versionProfile, then the version at the bottom of the screen
What you didthe track and the moment it went wrong
What happenedand what you expected instead

Screen recordings help for anything about rep counting or grading. Video you record stays with you, we never receive camera footage from the app.

Subscriptions, refunds and cancellation

ShakeFit Plus is billed by Apple, so cancellation and refunds go through Apple rather than through us.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting your data

You do not need to contact us to delete your records. In the app: Profile, then Data, then Delete all records. That clears what is on the device and asks the server to delete what it holds.

If the server part does not complete, the app offers to delete on the device only and tells you so. In that case write to contact@shakefit.app and we will remove the server copy within 30 days of confirming the request.

ShakeFit is a fitness and entertainment product. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not give medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new routine, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
